After submitting this form, email your complete proposal, financing or lease/PPA documents, and a recent electric bill or 12 months of usage to timlakata@solaradvocatesnj.com. Include your name and order number in the email subject. Documents must be sent by email; this form does not upload files.

Your one-page review and 30-minute Q&A are planned within three business days after payment and all required documents are received. Tim will contact you to arrange the call.
